ロシアでの日本のテレビの視聴方法をご存知の方、教えてくだささい！

良くとは思うのですが・・・、ワイドショーなどはYoutubeのライブ配信を見てしまっています（笑）
もちろん過去投稿の動画としても見れるんですが、ライブ配信だとフル画像で出していることも多くて、おすすめです。
日本の配信時間にあわせて日付と番組名を入れるとだいたい出てきます！
